The theme for this quarter is Ethics and we learned about the theme in a variety of ways.
BRAVE NEW WORLD ANIMOTO PROJECT
QUARTER 3 ETHICS IN BRAVE NEW WORLD
In brave new world, ethics is seen in many different aspects. Firstly, there was ethics seen where the kids were seen as having sex at such a young age. As early as 7 years old, there is something totally wrong about that. Kids at that age are in school, having fun, and growing up. learning about things that dont match their age are not ethically correct.
Another thing that was seen as ethics is the way that they drug themselves. When people would take the drugs and that was not ethically correct either. This was something so bad that does not compare o the different world that we have here and how things are not the same things.
Argument timed write
This timed write was about Oscar Wilde's quote and what we did on this timed write was we took a position, challenge it, or another position on the argument. On this quote. This is what we wrote about and basically we wrote our argument and this helped us with how to write an argument essay.
Reflection
In this quarter we mainly focused and learned things that involved essays and reviewing the things we are supposed to be using as strategies to write essays. We did different timed writes and they helped me because it was practice for me and also we did things like games and. we also did group activities that were useful in the sense. this quarter was helpful and i learned new things like the book that we read brave new world.
